What we fix

- Rotted trim and brickmold. We repair what can be repaired and only replace the wood that's too far gone.
- Deck boards, stairs and railings. Soft boards, loose railings, wobbly steps.
- Drywall patches. Doorknob holes, water stains, cracks, and patches after a plumber opens a wall.
- Concrete steps and walkways. Cracked or settled sections.
- Doors, caulking, fixtures and other punch-list work. Ask.
